If we want our institutions to deliver , to remain relevant, functioning and innovative , we must be prepared to put the right people in the right place -the competent ones, the specialists, the ecologists, the experts, the innovator, the committed… a chance to leverage their specialised knowledge , their tech-skills and innovation drive to bring du “Vrai Sanzman” and meet the challenges ahead.
They promised us an "Appointment Committee" that will be making the necessary recommendations to Government on the appointment of competent heads, advisers, experts ,innovators… for our major institutions.
We never gave them a chance -the competents , we preferred to stick to our culture of cronyism .
Instead they served us with nominations "bidons" raising concerns, if not disgust !

-Newly appointed CEO’s pay raising eyebrows
-La caisse vide but we are appointing Vice-Chairmen, next Vice CEOs!!! , all kind of gimmicks to provide jobs for the boys !
-Rs 45 million in outstanding debts owed by a company owned by a Junior Minister written off !

He was heavily criticized due to the infamous documentation delay on budget day. The budget documents were not ready on the floor of the National Assembly on budget day.
