LePep need to know !
If LePep have to decide on removing an incompetent, corrupt and authoritarian regime and putting a better one in its place, it has to know what is in store for them. LePep need to know whether they can expect to get a better regime replacing the current one. The former will have to win their trust as an alternative government through persistent scrutiny and questioning.
Are LePep going to be conned once more ? Are the leaders that they are going to install be pursuing their own political interests for “noubann” or will they be serving the interest of the country above all else ?
By querying our politicians across political parties, especially on their vision statement, their programs, their reform and implementation agenda for the sustainable development of the country and on some of the pertinent issues/abuses of power / past scandals that are being raised by their rivals, by the public , by the press and by social media, LePep will be in a better position to make up their mind on the competence, honesty, integrity, and probity of the politicians that they will be choosing to form a credible alternative government.
LePep do not need empty slogans like “Ni Pravind , Ni Navin” , LePep want convincing arguments, they want a credible government which they can trust and respect if it meets above all the high standards of competence , propriety and personal conduct, together with staying clean and incorrupt.
Our politicians keep on hollering about “ Chanzman, Chanzman !” Start by showing the “chanzman” you intend bringing to LePep , engage with them , tell them how u intend improving their lives, how u intend tackling such and such issues, how u can stand to public scrutiny and convince them that you are squeaky clean, head and shoulders above these scandals and abuses of power !
Do not just refer to Angus Road or the Kistnen case but clear up the hanging mist, the doubts that still linger about :
-Starting with the recent Stanford Asset Holding scam involving politicians from one of the partners of the PTR-MMM-PMSD alliance in league with the mahachatwa, Mr Hajee- nou offshore pé koulé while zot pé kas fan entre fraudsters- ban lot paternaires, they do not have anything to say !
-the Roches Noires campment deal
-the Bois de Rose scandal
-the vertiginous cost of the Terre Rouge-Verdun Road project and repair works
-Crown lands for cronies under successive regimes
-The MCB scandal , one of the greatest financial ripoff !
-The hedging saga
-Stimulus package with a partisan flavour!
-Doubtful Rs 223 million for Microsoftware license
-Banking licence to an Insurance Group , despite having knowledge of the reservations held about its insurance activities.
-The Banking Act amended to relax the limitation on investments and non-banking operations, and allow the group to buy, sell, hold or manage pools of assets.
-Sun Trust -a building of shame and corruption; will we ever know the truth about the supposed barter agreement that allowed the MSM to build the Sun Trust Building on land owned by the late Sir Deo Dookhun and also the construction of the Blendax House at the historic site at Dumas Street?
-Rs 220 million found in “coffre fort”!
-Commissions on purchase of aircrafts !
-CT power, Bagatelle Dam, Betamax deals-

-not forgeting the blunders in tackling the BAI bubble and the DTA with India, the Heritage city, Britam and the Dufry gate.
Many of them who have now donned new squeaky clean clothes and spotless masks were part of these listless, incompetent, corruption-ridden governments.
After such countless scandals, continued misappropriation of funds, notorious incompetence and rampant corruption, our LePep want genuine “chanzman”….LePep do not want more of the same from the same wolves in sheep’s clothing !
