The UN's top court rules that Israel must take all measures to prevent genocidal acts in Gaza, but it stops short of ordering an immediate halt to operations. The 17-strong panel of judges did not grant South Africa’s request that Israel should be ordered to “immediately suspend” its military operations in Gaza.
